Return and Replacement Policy


Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 


Return & Replacement Policy


In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, then log a complaint (using email/website) to our customer care help desk within 24 hour of delivery. Follow the instructions given by our customer care executive to return the product.

You may return or replace  the products in unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Please email us at support@candytech.co.in .

On verification and approval of your complaint, you will be refunded the total amount within 7 days after product delivered back to us.
